I went to Italy in September 2013 through the tour operator "Versa" St. Petersburg, but I hope I won't run into them again. We took a ticket at a travel agency for 10 days and, as we were told, there were the last 2 tickets for the return flight, so we need to book them and then decide on the hotel (we were provided with a list of hotels). But my question is, what time does the plane fly back, they evasively answered that it is not yet known. As it turned out later, the plane took off at 6 am, i.e. one day was completely gone. I think that it was known in advance, they just didn't want to talk about it. Well, we booked tickets here and it began. They said that there was only one Jana hotel left, there are no others. Well, okay, let's say, let's go to the Jana hotel for breakfast (because we planned to travel to other cities and we don't need dinner). No, they answer us, there is only one room left on the condition of breakfast and dinner. In short, they are complete nonsense.
If you don't want to, well, then you have to refuse tickets and watch other countries. Well, we have already tuned in to Italy, we have long wanted to go there, so we had to agree, and time was running out. As I understand it, the tour operator "Verse" had to push this hotel away, and at breakfasts and dinners it turns out more expensive. Now about the return plane. Apparently, the tour operator "Versa", in order to save money, chartered the cheapest airline Livingston. Not only did we fly away at 6 in the morning and our day was gone, they didn’t feed us on the plane, although of course we didn’t have breakfast, because. We left the hotel at 3 am. They didn’t even offer tea or coffee, moreover, for the first time I saw that SIMPLE WATER IN THE PLANE IS PAID! In addition, apparently again to save money, the distance between the rows of seats is very small, the back of the chair leans back a little, so it's uncomfortable to sleep.
In short, I will not advise anyone the tour operator "Versa" and the airline Livingston.
Do not think that I am so fastidious, I flew a lot and in different conditions, but this is the first time I have met such an attitude.
Conclusion - I will try not to deal with the Versa tour operator anymore.
