I bought a tour package from the tour operator EVA. (joint tours with the Planet travel agency) for a 3-day tour of Scandinavia on the Finland-Sweden-Finland ferry from St. Petersburg transfer to Turku from September 7-9 and encountered this incident, I bought a 2-seater cabin with all TV amenities. FEN. carpet paths, a large mirror, so without a window they even showed me which cabin I would be in, but on which ferry it turned out to be the opposite, we were placed on the lowest deck below there is no deck (at the bottom of the ferry) without amenities there is nothing at all that they showed me at the company i paid good money for a cabin for 2 people they gave me a cabin for 4 people and at the door of the technical staff where they store their supplies and above our deck there are 3 more decks with cars

I experienced something terrible humiliating in relation to me and my daughter when I heard the noise of starting engines I almost lost my life .. THIS was HORRIBLE in my life ..

I paid for a pleasant and wonderful moment in my life, I was the first on the ferry, and what I got, imagine, I turned to the Guide Rubtsova Katerina, she turned and left, she just left us, she left for dinner and I saw her only the next day on the bus, then they told me that this 2deck is for staff. The administrator of the ferry, Alexander, came to our aid, he read our contract from the company, then looked at the receipts and immediately said that we were simply deceived, for an additional fee we were moved to the 5th deck in a one-room cabin, and we were glad about this, And in the morning our guide Rubtsova got on the bus Katerina and everything seems to be fine. I don’t understand one thing, what kind of guide without a heart is not reliable, where does she have a conscience to bring to a foreign country and leave her in a difficult situation
