coupons on the benefits of the northern capital

I bought coupons for Benefit from the Northern capital. There were more than 5 cities to choose from in the offer. Then it turned out that you only need to call on the 15th to sign up. Well, I call on the 15th from 9 am no one answers the phone, I only get through at about 10.15. And they tell me that there are no more places! I’m waiting for a month - I’m calling, out of 5 coupons I’m ready to write down 2. (I don’t even know what they answered to those who called after 10.30 :) There is a maximum of one trip a month to interesting cities, and some from the list even once every 2 months (then they were completely removed from schedules). In total, only Imatra was offered on a coupon for 500 rubles (a 50% discount was promised on the coupon - apparently the travel agency does not know that you can go to Imatra for 500 rubles anyway).

But everything ended "better" - the travel agency "Northern Capital" refused to serve coupons from "Benefits" at all. Great job!

To deal with profit - pay for long distance (they have a phone only in Moscow).

And I can't get through to the "Northern Capital" at all - there are 51 minutes of waiting on my phone now. How can you even work like that!

Okay, 2500, of course, it's a pity, it's good that you didn't buy a tour of Europe (there are other money and plans there anyway).
