Was this summer in Crete through Pegasus.
The flight was at 5-30 in the morning - without delay, but this is already the merit of Aeroflot.
We waited a long time for a courier with documents - he appeared 2 hours before departure, although he was supposed to appear 2.5 hours before, I even had to call the company and ask when he would appear.
During the transfer from the airport to the hotel, the driver broke the handle on my suitcase while lifting it to put it in the luggage compartment of the bus. Before that, at the airport after arrival, I used it - everything was fine. When I told the accompanying guide Erfan about this, he replied that it was not their (not his and the driver’s) business, that they could not help me and were not going to do anything, and so that I turned to the hotel guide, they gave me a suitcase with parts of a handle ( and not with everyone).
I turned to the guide Ayder, he told me to write a complaint to the management and promised that after consideration the answer would be sent to me by SMS.
I wrote a complaint asking for the pen to be repaired or for damages. I did not wait for the SMS, the guide at each of our meetings assured me that he had sent a complaint by fax, and before my departure he said that this incident would not even be considered.
This is a very ugly act on the part of Pegasus employees. The mood before the start of the holiday was spoiled by such a disregard for attitude - after all, we were simply left with a broken suitcase and drove away. In the bus, besides us, there was only one couple - it was possible to linger a little and somehow resolve the situation. It was very unpleasant. Now I will think ten times whether to go with this tour operator.
