We purchased the tour a month before departure, paying 100% immediately. The day before departure, having arrived at the office for tickets and vouchers, we ran into a closed door ... and so 4 times throughout the day. No one answered the phone, then they took and began to lie that drive up later. And so 6 times !!! Then they called and said that the flight was delayed for a day. The next day, everything happened again and only 6 hours before departure we were given tickets without any apology. Upon arrival in Bangkok, the Pegasus representative said that the bus had been ordered for us yesterday))) And only after After 1.5 hours of disassembly, we were put on a bus, where we crowded out our other tourists. Responsible Pegasus guides are solid boors, wherever we rest, either in Thailand, in Egypt, or in Israel. They talk to everyone arrogantly and extremely rude. And if you don’t buy excursions from them, then they don’t talk at all and don’t answer your questions. We will never rest like a Pegasus again
