We bought tickets for a flight to Lappeenranta on Saturday morning, and a return ticket from Lappeenranta on Monday at 17-00 Moscow. I asked in advance about Monday whether the flight would be canceled if there were few passengers. They answered that in such cases they were transported by minibus.

On Saturday, having arrived at the indicated place, they could not find the bus for a long time. The guide did not answer the call, then it turned out that she was also looking for a bus at that time :)

The call to the driver helped, it turned out that the bus was replaced, but the documents were issued for the one that we were looking for together. We set off, of course, late, stopped by for documents, as a result, we were the last ones at the border in a long line of buses, we ended up in Lappeenranta after 7.5 hours.

The bus is a Chinese Jet, one can only guess how they pass certification. The cabin has a poisonous chemical smell emitted by the upholstery materials.

On Monday morning, they sent an SMS with the bus number and the departure time of 16-00, without indicating what time it was, local or Moscow. Then a call came from the guide Lyudmila, who spoke boorishly and said that we were leaving Lappeenranta at 14-30 Moscow time. My explanations that I am currently further than Mikkeli on a farm in the forest and physically will not have time to arrive two hours earlier than indicated on the ticket turned out to be unconvincing. The guide said that she did not care and turned off the phone.

Lyudmila turned out to be the highest guide! category from the company "Pavegatur", to which it turns out we were "handed over".

To resolve this whole problem, I had to call the Nextbus Tour office.

I never advise anyone to use the services of the Nextbus Tour and at the same time "Pavegatur", if the guide is Lyudmila ...
