On 05/02/2014 I called to find out how much it would cost for the holidays (May 9-11) to go through Finland to Stockholm (3-day trip). By phone they offered 2 options for 9400 and 11300, confirmed the availability. Competitors had 1-2 tr. more expensive, so I decided to opt for the Neva travel agency. An hour later, I arrived with my wife at the central office of the Neva ... The manager, Ekaterina Petrova, said that they did not have cabins for this money. You can send a request, and immediately before the trip (5-6.05) find out if there is an opportunity to travel more budget, but the answer is likely to be negative. In the meantime, there is only a tour, the cost of which will be 17 3000.
Because after confirming the price, I already managed to promise my wife a trip to Stockholm, and there was no time left to visit other travel agencies, so I had to buy a tour 80% more expensive than the declared cost. Now for the first time in a considerable number of visits to Stockholm, I will go there with a seriously spoiled mood.
If, as in many forums, travel agency employees start talking about what the client has not understood, they can listen to a call to their number 3355533 at 13:30-13:39. I hope that at least some kind of recording of their conversations is being kept.
I don’t want to have any more business with this travel agency. I’m not used to haggling in the presence of my wife, and I’m not ready to overpay the cost of 2 of my working days (and this is on a budget trip !!!) because of the style of work of the Neva employees.
