My husband and I decided to spend a vacation on the ocean coast. On the advice of friends, they turned to KHOPRICHKOVA VALENTINA ALEKSEEVNE, who allegedly have been using her services for a very long time and are very satisfied. Called and made an appointment. By phone, we were promised discounts as "through acquaintances". We arrived at the "office", chose a tour, a hotel, received the promised discount, made an advance payment. The next day KHOPRICHKOVA V.A. called several times and asked to bring the remaining money, as she needed to pay for the tour. After 100% payment, we called and asked what kind of tour operator we have, which airline, to which KHOPRICHKOVA answered: - Kittens, don’t worry, everything is fine with you, I will call you myself and tell you when to come for all the documents. "Tour" paid for the month. 2 days before our scheduled departure, we called KHOPRICHKOVA and arranged a meeting to receive all the documents. We arrived at the "office" and found out there that she could not redeem our tour.
We've been trying to get our money back for a little over a month now. We wrote a statement to the police, we are preparing a statement of claim in court.
