I bought a tour to Turkey on the Internet - an online system on the TUI-Mostrevel website. I found the online booking system to be very convenient. You can see everything - the hotel, are there air tickets, transfers, etc. No need to call and find out all the details on the phone for half an hour. I sent an application, and the next day the manager called me in the morning and asked for the data for drawing up the contract. So everything went very quickly - I just went to the office, took all the ready-made documents, including air tickets and paid for the tour. By the way, it was possible to do all this through a courier, but I preferred to visit the office myself.
TUI works in Turkey mainly with KOLAVIA (these are the former Kogalym Airlines). Therefore, the price of tickets is cheaper. Despite the frightening name, I must say that the company is quite decent, we flew well, the plane was the French AIRBUS (the same for Transaero and S7).
In Turkey - everything was without a hitch, young girls - representatives of the TUI, they are students of tourism universities in practice - met perfectly, drove, told, at the end of the holiday they took away. EVERYTHING is clear and on time.
For several years of travel, I came to the conclusion that the same tour operator can have a great vacation in one country and have solid jambs in another. Therefore, I usually look for a tour operator specifically for the country I am going to go to. I conclude that TUI for Turkey (Bodrum region) has shown itself to be very worthy.
