It is impossible to imagine a more incompetent travel agent than Natalya Kaluga: 1) it was necessary to redo the photocopy of passports for a package of documents for a visa, placing 4 spreads of the passport on each sheet - it turned out that she did not know how to handle her photocopy (she redid the photocopy at work herself), 2) accepted the documents for a visa and only after 2 days reported that the lady issuing the visa did not like the power of attorney from the father of the child (I applied for the visa myself, and the dissatisfaction of the visa lady could be resolved if one of them deigned to call the visa center and clarify possible forms of the document), 3) returned me only part of the money for the visa, the "remainders" had to be beaten out through the manager of the central office, 4) I finally receive a voucher - I ask a question according to its text and find out that Madame Kaluga not only does not know any foreign language, but does not even parse Latin letters, so a voucher with a guarantee from a Spanish hotel in English is a rebus for her
. I had to personally contact the manager of the central office and find out the questions that interested me. As a result of all the torment, the tour turned out to be successful, but thanks to the good work of the DSBW central office and despite the efforts of the office on Kaluga.
