Terrible operator! To put it mildly! I wanted to go to Canada with my wife and mother, but they never left and generally lost 50 thousand rubles! At first, everything seemed to be fine, but as soon as the documents were submitted, it was immediately clear who "works" there ... I applied for a visa to Canada last year and I know how long it takes, and knowing that it will take time, they began to process it in early July, the tour itself was taken on September 15, 2013. When we filled out all the forms and collected the documents, we handed them over to our travel agency located in Surgut, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The travel agency confirmed that the documents were sent on July 16 to the Rosstur tour operator for verification and further sending them to the embassy from the tour operator. All this time I wrote and called the travel agency asking if the documents were gone, they told me not to worry, everything is fine, Rostour is a serious operator, everything will go away on time and an answer will be received on time too. But it turned out that Rostour had been doing something with the documents for 3 weeks already!

Even if they checked them, it was very bad, they asked stupid questions several times, we filled everything out according to the instructions as written on the Rostour website, so they asked such stupid questions, asked me to indicate where my wife’s parents work, although we indicated that they died and they indicated the date of death, everything was according to the instructions, you can immediately see how carefully the documents are checked, and there were still a couple of moments. By the way, the documents from the Rostour were at the embassy only on August 7th. Of course, I became even more worried when I found out this information, so representatives of the Rostour still wrote so that I would not worry and everything was on schedule, only which one they themselves came up with "when we want, then we will apply" ... Well, how understandable is the visa for us they didn’t give it, not only they refused it, but it just needed more time, which the incompetent representatives of the Rostour simply scored for ... I can say that there is still a continuation of all this, but I’m just tired of writing already ...

And I hope everyone understands what kind of operator it is!

I will try next. year to go to Canada again, because. the country is beautiful, with very beautiful nature, but NOT through Russian tour operators, I will do everything myself and apply for a visa through PonyExpress.
