Bought a tour on about. Tenerife. the manager is a very kind lady. Completed the paperwork in a timely manner and answered all questions correctly. but! We flew with a small child. Since we had to arrive and check into the hotel late at night (and the flight, together with delays and check-in to the hotel, took us 12 hours), we were specifically asked to leave dinner for us, albeit a cold one. I mentioned this to the manager several times. They assured me that they would definitely feed us. We settled in... and fed everyone but us. night, and we don't even have water. It turns out that the representative of Tez Tour (by the way) did not order us a dry ration. In short, so hungry and lay down.
