I want to tell you what kind of “rest” Unex provided me (Moscow, Novoslobodskaya st.). At the very beginning of July 2016, I flew to Peru and Bolivia on a tour bought from Unex. I bought the most expensive tour offered, paying Unex almost half a million rubles. For this money, I had the right to count on a good attitude towards myself and a quality holiday! But, as it turned out, that was not the case... As it turned out, the main thing for Unex is to take the money, and then let the tourist get out as best he can! On the first excursion day (Tour of Lima), our group of 9 people was stuffed into a minibus for 9 people. They were like herrings in a barrel, in order for the passengers of the last row to get out, it was necessary to roll up the seats in the first two rows ... But everyone was with bags, cameras and camcorders. The guide did not have a microphone… But, as it turned out, these were just flowers. When I bought the tour, I thought that I would be with a Russian group throughout the tour.

But Unex modestly kept silent that I would go to Bolivia alone… It was in Bolivia that the most “interesting” began. On the first excursion day, there was no Russian-speaking guide (in the tour program they modestly kept silent that a Russian-speaking guide was not provided ...), but there was no excursion itself either. The glass of the catamaran was broken by a wave and the tour did not take place. On the second day, I was provided with a Russian guide and the tour went well (it's convenient when you're alone with the guide). But the most unpleasant and terrible thing happened the next day. They didn't send a car for me to take me to the airport. Although according to the program it was supposed to me and the guide told me the time when the car would come. But the car did not arrive at the appointed time and I had to take a taxi.

Imagine my condition - alone in a foreign country, and even in a country where taxi drivers can bring you into the wilderness and, at best, just rob ... But fortunately, a taxi driver took me to the airport, although he died out along the way ... Then I and another a Russian family flew to the Amazon (this was part of our tour). And then Unex modestly kept silent that there would be no Russian-speaking guide ... On the spot, we were offered to pay 120 US dollars per person for a Russian-speaking guide. We offered to pay 240 dollars - me and the family, as two parties, but we were refused. Upon arrival from the Amazon, they forgot to print my boarding pass for the plane. They only printed it out after I called Lima.

So. Unex did not return the money to me for the failed excursion... What's the money!!!

I didn’t even receive an apology from Unex… This is how disregarding the client and the client who bought not a “burning” tour to Turkey, but a very expensive tour, not only not to return the money for the failed excursion, but not even to apologize, for the fact that the tourist was not taken to the airport ???
