On April 7, 2014, a return flight from Phuket to Moscow was supposed to take place, while we were not provided with information about the time of the return flight, the time of transfer from the hotel. And the guide's phone, which was so politely provided by the representative of the travel agency Melissa (marked call at any time, you will definitely be helped) was turned off. Naturally, after a dozen unanswered calls, no one called us back. Also, on the electronic tickets that were issued by the travel agency, the number of the return flight did not match. As a result, after a sleepless night and long hours of searching on the Internet, we managed to find out the exact time of departure, but only at 4 am, when there were 6 hours left before departure. The only category of people to whom I can recommend using the services of this company is either your enemies, or people for whom you are guaranteed to want to ruin their vacation.
