They wanted to go to Greece very late, on July 13 they saw a ticket for the 18th to Rhodes from St. Petersburg. We contacted our agent, who had already sent us many times. She began to deal with the design of our tour through the Vila tour. As a result: they tried twice to leave them for Rhodes. There were plane tickets, they made money for the reservation, they waited a day for confirmation, in the end they REFUSED us, although the tickets still remained for the plane. As the agent told us, we had a too cheap tour (for 102 thousand for three), so we were refused, leaving tickets for the flight for tourists who would take the tour more expensive. But the employee Vilar offered the option of the same tour, but after 3 days of departure, we, of course, agreed. Plane tickets remained for this day, we sent a request for a reservation. We waited a day, in the end we were REFUSED! Because of this, we missed the options for another tour to Crete via Mouzinidis. It's the first time I see this. Seriously, is this considered a normal and respected company?
