terrible company

Hello those who decided to relax with this tour operator. Today I and 43 other people returned from the tour, we went to the opening of the fountains in Peterhof. Everything was just awful! And if you have weak nerves and you are not ready for extreme situations during the trip, I don’t even know what to advise you. Initially, even the coordinates of the location of buses in Moscow were given incorrectly, and crowds of people ran back and forth in search of their buses, soaked in the rain. Then our accompanying Elizabeth, was not at all the guide who was declared in the action, and was silent all the way, we did not learn any interesting facts from her. We never visited the Hermitage because we didn't have enough time. She could not organize us, some people were late because they were lost, and there was no hope except for themselves) Every time they returned from their "free time" they were afraid not to see the bus at the right place.

There are many more moments when both the guide and the driver made a mistake, but it's too long to describe. And at the end of the second day, the driver wanted to shorten our stay in Tsarskoye Selo by 2 hours, allegedly because there would be traffic jams somewhere and we might be late for Moscow. The tourists were indignant, a cry arose, and that was the only reason we did not leave earlier than the ALLOWED time. We left Tsarskoe Selo at 20:10 and with two stops at 5:34 we were in Moscow, on Voikovskaya.

I left the same comment on the Groupon website, but they hid it, apparently cooperation with this travel agency is more valuable to them than a good opinion about Groupon itself.
