We ran into scoundrels from the branch on the street. Tipanova d.19., namely with their representative manager Tatyana. We bought our parents a tour on the Finland-Sweden-Finland ferry as a gift for the new year. Bought along with Schengen visas a month before 2020. It is worth saying that the managers cut off our phones and begged that we would buy a tour from them. We trusted and bought from them the whole range of services. And as always, when unscrupulous organizations receive money, then problems begin with customers. 4 days before the New Year, Tatiana called and stated in an icy tone that the tour was canceled due to the fact that the group did not get enough (!!! which we first heard about !!!). That you can change the date with a surcharge of 10,000, and that there will be a cabin not on the upper decks with a porthole, but under water and without a porthole. We demanded a refund.

And then the manager Tatyana began to be frankly rude and lie on the phone, come up with excuses, refer to the accounting department and tour operators (!!!!). When asked to connect with the management, at first she said that it was on vacation, and after a couple of minutes that the management had ended its working day. We came to them on December 31 and they issued us a refund, taking the contract and issuing just a piece of paper on which there were details of the wrong card with which we paid and to which we asked for a refund. Naturally, we have not received the money and most likely will not receive it. The parents are upset. New Year's is ruined. Nobody even apologized. So this redneck firm is a real scammer.
