I turned to Discounts-Online.ru in St. Petersburg. I filled in the passport data in the questionnaire for myself and my Finn husband. Then I called the company. The representative of the company looked at our data and confirmed the amount that was displayed, I also received an agreement with the travel agent ECB Allegro Travel LLC in electronic form for this amount. Of course, I could pay for the tour through a bank, but I decided that it would be more reliable if my parents made the payment in person (I live in Finland). When they came to the office of the company (St. Petersburg, Sennaya Square, building 3, office 2), it turned out that since the husband is a foreigner, they need to pay an additional 10 € for each day of travel. This is the first time I have come across such a scam, as we have repeatedly used the services of other travel agencies in St. Petersburg and never extorted additional money from us in excess of the cost of the tour. Don't contact them!!!
