We bought tickets back in September, i.е. in advance. We rested for two days in Bangkok, and then in Pattaya. Terribly dissatisfied with the hotel guide Natalie tours in Pattaya (hotel - Sea Breeze) - Dmitry. the whole rest is for nothing, only because of him. No organization and no respect for tourists. we rested in Thailand not for the first time, which made Dmitry very sad, who immediately lost interest in us. I am also not satisfied with the company as a whole - terribly frenzied and unreasonably overpriced excursions from the tour operator. It can be seen Russian in the hotel resting by the pool. absolutely no economic policy can withstand their prices for excursions. But they found a local travel agency with Russian-speaking guides. much more democratic in terms of pricing and almost inferior in terms of service to Natalie Tours. We saved money twice and got a lot of positive emotions, impressions from rest and excursions.
A trip with Natalie Tours costs a pretty penny, so many of my friends who have visited Thailand at least once were dissatisfied because of its high cost. Dear tour operator, change the pricing policy for excursions, they really don’t cost that much money, and also fill out the staff of guides, a bunch of freeloaders who want to profit at someone else’s expense and drink beer with tourists for free. The hotel guide in Pattaya incorrectly indicated the time of departure from the hotel to the airport, because of it we got a big overlay in time, we were very late and almost missed the flight. It's very frustrating to remember such things.
