In the travel agency "Okhota" I was quickly helped to decide on a camp site in the Altai Mountains, taking into account all my wishes. At this point I was very satisfied. And everything was just wonderful at the base itself (we had a rest at the "Royal Hunt" in July 2012).

Delivery was a big disappointment.

Firstly, it was not specified what kind of bus it would be, with what identification marks. Just indicated the time (8.00) and the place of departure.

Secondly, the people gathered, as usual, in advance (and in the "tourist's memo" it was recommended to come half an hour before departure, "to get a boarding pass and, slowly, load luggage"). At about 7.50 three buses arrived at short intervals (one from Avtotur and two from K-Travel). It was not clear whether to wait for another bus from the "Okhota" or to break through to one of these.

People with bags and suitcases rushed from one bus to another (everyone had to go to different camp sites from different travel agencies). There was a terrible confusion, no one really could say anything. The bus escorts (who had passenger lists) were instantly surrounded by a crowd, and it was only possible to get through to them over their heads. Nobody knew which bus to get on. If the buses had also come to boarding in advance, there would not have been such a nightmare. By the way, it turned out that we need to take a bus from K-Travel.

Thirdly, there was only one sanitary stop on the way (and this was in 5 hours!!!).

Fourthly, the bus was supposed to pick us up from the base (already on the way back) at 15.45, but it arrived exactly half an hour later - at 16.15. (When they were waiting, they tried to call Okhota, but the fax just turned on there - they just had a day off, Sunday.) To our question to the escort of the bus that finally arrived, “Why is it taking so long?

"They answered us in surprise:" We are on schedule. "After a tiring wait in the heat near the highway, there was simply no strength to figure it out. In the coupons that we were handed directly upon boarding, the departure time was indicated - 16.15, i.e. it seems like the bus really came on time, and K-Travel had nothing to do with it.

Fifthly, on the way, at someone's request, we stopped twice at mead outlets, thereby losing a lot of time. But the request to make a stop for 5-10 minutes to rest and breathe on the street (the toilet was in the bus) was refused.

The next day, on Monday, I called Okhota to find out what was the reason for the bus being late and who was to blame (I didn’t describe all sorts of little things like stopping for mead, air conditioners working every other time and the periodic lack of water in the toilet). They listened to me, they said that I needed to figure it out and that they would call me back.

Soon the manager Maria called me back, who did all the paperwork. I once again explained the essence of the claims, to which she simply grinned and said that this happens, and she explained the delay by the fact that, probably, the bus was waiting for late tourists.

It turns out that "K-Travel" blames "Hunting" (they say they incorrectly indicated the time, we are moving according to the schedule), about "Hunting" - to "K-Travel" (they were late because they were waiting for tourists).

The impression of the travel agency "Hunt" was completely spoiled. It turns out that while you choose a tour and are ready to pay money, everyone smiles at you. When everything is paid, no one cares about your problems.

So now we will only get by regular bus - cheaper and without nerves.
