In this "company" we purchased a tour to Thailand and concluded an appropriate agreement, the money was paid to the cashier on 09/08/2014, but as of 09/15/14 we still have no plane tickets, no confirmation of hotel reservation, no confirmation of payment to the tour operator. Employees and the deeply respected director, Mr. Radchenko Georgy himself, refers to the bankruptcy of the tour operator "Southern Cross" and when we will be able to receive these documents also remains a mystery, and without these documents it is even impossible to apply to the insurance company for a refund, and indeed the contract itself remains unfulfilled by this, so to speak, "travel agency".
Mr. Radchenko will have to transfer the communication to the judicial plane and at the same time apply to the prosecutor's office with a statement about conducting a prosecutorial check for fraud, the only bad thing is that all these procedures will take about a year. To be continued....
