We bought a tour in this company, processed everything quickly, sent the documents the evening before departure. Problems started at the airport during check-in: as they explained to me, my child was not entered .. but in the end everything was done there and we went to customs. My friend with a child I arrived later and the situation is also the same with her boarding pass. I don’t know if it’s a travel agency or a tour operator’s mistake, but the topic is not pleasant, nervous. Especially when you are at the airport at 3 am with a 1.5-year-old child in your arms
