Everything is fast and clear, not only in Moscow, booking and receiving documents, but also upon arrival, they quickly seated everyone, drove them, the girl told something all the way - mostly horror stories, the main theme of which was “do not buy excursions on the street, there dangerous and of poor quality, but take it from us ”- the standard chatter of the tour operator. But, moreover, instead of being silent and giving people dear to rest (we had a flight at 4 in the morning, people did not sleep all night), she broadcasted all 2 hours of the transfer. Do you think out of pure enthusiasm? No, she said at the end that you should leave a tip for the driver and ... for her. If anyone liked her story))) I really did not expect from such a worthy tour operator. Or is it normal in Turkey?))) Hotel guide Alena is a very nice girl. She really sits at the hotel all day, seven days a week. Resolves problems, answers any questions about the hotel.
