At the end of August, I turned to this company with a request for a prostitute on the route Austria-Slovakia-Hungary.
An e-mail request was answered in a day and a half (in other firms, the usual response time is 2-3 hours). Without waiting for an answer, I bought tickets on my own. Having received the calculations as a result, I contacted the manager and asked to recalculate the tour, leaving hotel reservations, visas and transfers. The manager mumbled something affirmative, and after 15 minutes an inadequate man called back from the company’s phone and for 10 minutes yelled (!) Something incoherent into the phone on the topic that tourists are fools, do not understand their happiness, and everything is very good with them. cheap and wonderful.
As a result: I did not wait for a response from the manager, my review on the company's website was deleted a day later, letters addressed to the gene. directors and sales directors remained unanswered. I have no business with this "great" company and would not recommend to others!
