They were in Greece on about. Crete (28.06.-09.07 2013) under an agreement with the tour. firm "1001 Tour" (St. Petersburg, branch of the Moscow Gate).

Previously, the manager Alla provided several options for recreation, incl. hotel Aldemar Сretan Village 4*

At the conclusion of the contract, this hotel was registered as Cretan Village 4 * and we were assured that the tour operator meant Aldemar Cretan Village 4 * (just an abbreviated name).

The meeting party (tour operator Sunmar) took us to Сretan Village (apartments) in a completely different place.

By phone, 1001 Tour promised to take action, but nothing has changed. Motivation: we were deceived by the tour operator and, therefore, solve your problems yourself.

Hotels differ radically: instead of 23 km from the airport, 2 km from the city of Hersonissos (walking distance), first line, sandy beach, umbrellas and sun loungers for free, sea - 70m and everything connected with a 4 * network (Aldemar) hotel ..

We got - 70 km from the airport, 5 km from the city of Agios Nikolaos, apartments in the mountains, to the nearest beach across the road 500m, where there were no sunbeds and umbrellas. Breakfast: 1 sort of sausage and cheese, boiled eggs, tea, coffee - all of low quality. Barking dogs at night, road noise, mosquitoes, flies, the smell of sewerage, 100 steps of different lengths up from the road to the room, poor internal condition. Beaches below the road (at a distance of 100 m to 2 km).

Terrible boredom - in the evening I had to call a taxi (9 euros one way) to the city, air conditioning 6 euros per day, rattling doors with huge cracks. There is no shop, restaurant nearby, everything is in the city. I had to move to another hotel.

Summary: the travel agency "1001 Tour" "threw" its regular customers - "we won't waste our money."

Until now, the descriptions of these two hotels on the 1001 Tour website are the same.
