We decided to go to NG to go skiing with families and company. Since it was too late for independent travel planning, we turned to the travel agency "I WANT TO VACATION" - this was our big mistake. The tour was from 29.12 to 5.01. Tour operator Ascent Travel. As a result, our flight was delayed for 5 hours, then they didn’t let us out of the stuffy bus for 40 minutes (since they couldn’t connect the gangway, but they still announced the boarding) People became ill, the children cried. Infernal hell. The plane was literally taken by storm. Then they sat for another 2 hours on the plane, so they banned flights, due to the emergency landing of the plane. It's okay, the fault of the air carrier and a sad combination of circumstances. But the company did not warn us about the transfer of the flight. We arrived at the place at 3 am. By the way, we were scheduled to take off at 7:35 am on 05.01. We left the place at 23:00 on 04.01. (to the airport 5-6 hours by bus) - this is minus one paid night. We have always flown on charters, but we see this for the first time.
We went out for the first time with a small child. When booking the tour, they repeatedly asked for a child car seat on the bus, a crib and a high chair for feeding in the apartment. Manager Svetlana Kureleva assured that everything would be fine. We reminded about it a hundred times. Also, this manager said that the car seat is paid, it costs 132 euros round trip (ride by bus 5-6 hours) We paid. After a painful flight, when we arrived at Verona airport, it turned out that no one had heard about a car seat, not about a crib. Everyone looked at us with sincere amazement. I can’t convey what a torment it is to hold a sleeping child in my arms for 6 hours, the child was exhausted after all the delays, he really wanted to sleep. 6 hours to sit still, not to the toilet, nowhere...... we always travel with a car seat. In the end, transporting a child without a seat is simply dangerous.
But the manager, who literally the day before departure assured me that the seat would be available, and that they had paid for the service, didn’t care. Also, Manager Svetlana Kureleva initially booked the apartment incorrectly, I had to redo it. Question??? Why keep a non-professional in the company? employees. On the spot, we wrote a claim to the company and the tour operator about the return of money for services not provided. But upon arrival, they didn’t return the money to us .... they explained that we didn’t pay for the chair (it’s free !!! WOW, why then did they give 60 euros for the crib ???) It turns out we paid for a seat for the child on the bus, plane! !!Only the child was sitting in his arms all the way. The cunningly drafted treaty, unfortunately, deprived us of the opportunity for further action.
Sorry for a lot of text and typos. We paid a lot of money for this trip, but received a lot of negative emotions and torment.......
Impressions from the work of the company and the tour operator remained negative.
We fly with a company and paid 9 thousand euros for the tour, but this company (I WANT TO HOLIDAY) will no longer see our money, thanks to the actions of Deputy Director Dmitry and manager Svetlana Kureleva. Take care of your nerves, do not repeat our mistakes, contact another company .
