I want to leave my review about the company "Christopher tour". In short: a scam for expensive tours!!!
Let's start from the beginning: I called by phone and asked about tours to the Crimea. I was given an amount of 38,000 for two. They refused to send any information to the mail, citing the fact that prices change and this is an “empty job”. When I came to the agency, the price went up to 40500 (nice mini-hotel, arranged everything for us). After a week and a half of waiting, I finally deigned (after my calls) to say that the reservation was not confirmed. By the way, the call took place half an hour before the closing of the travel agency. NOOOOO!!! “Prices for Russia are going up every day, so we HIGHLY recommend looking at a few hotels and rebooking before we close.” Of course I did! My booking was confirmed immediately. I had to pay another 3,000. A few days later, I decided to take a good look at the hotel's website, where I was kindly redirected.
It turned out that in one of the buildings there are no condos! In the Crimea! In July! Without condos!!! And of course our room was in this building. And the manager Julia was not even going to say about it!!!!! And they also say “Well, what did you want for such a price!! I decided from sin to take money from this black hole.
The oil painting was supplemented by the following fact: I found the contacts of the first hotel (which was at 40500, from which the refusal came), called, told the situation that the reservation was not confirmed, maybe someone refused the reservation…………I was asked for my last name ....And it turned out that indeed my name was received by a request from the biblioglobus (a system that is available only for tour operators), AND THE APPLICATION WAS CONFIRMED!!!!!!!.....but the payment was not received!!!!.. ..... here, perhaps, I have nothing more to add !!! People will simply suck out the loot ... .. if you don’t feel sorry for your own money - contact))))))
