On Friday, 17.07, I found on the exchange of the tourist home the ticket I needed for a charter at a suitable price for Tivat-Moscow for 110 euros, departure 07/25/15 a / c Nord Star. The employee confirmed that the price was final, there was only one ticket left and they would issue it to me on Monday, discussed payment options. After 10 minutes, I wrote an application by mail, they confirmed to me by mail that the ticket was in work. On Monday, 07/20/15, an email arrives that the ticket price is 150 euros. to my puzzled question, what kind of divorce, they answered, I quote:
"Good afternoon, the ticket was sold for 110 euros. I accepted a request from you, did not confirm the cost, at the moment there is 1 refund, the cost of 150 euros, this is my armchair and the price is. Your right to buy or not.

Why the ticket I booked by phone and mail was sold, they never answered me.
