Outright SCAMMERS. On January 3, I went to Riga from the office INTOURIST TRAVEL SHOP. As it turned out, they have nothing to do with the famous Intourist. Vacation completely ruined. At the conclusion of the contract, they promised a Sleeping Car, the best hotel they had, a bunch of excursions, a meeting, etc. and paid for all this, of course, in full.
As a result: The day before departure, I was given tickets in a compartment instead of a CB with the words: "Do not believe what is written on the ticket will be CB." Of course, I immediately realized that I was being deceived, but the day before departure it was a pity to refuse the trip, besides, there was hope that they had at least bought the rest of the seats in the compartment. Of course, passengers were traveling with us in the compartment. I took tickets from them, even then realizing that they would not return my money so easily.
Further Riga: The bus in which we were transported to hotels and excursions turned out to be somewhat less than the number of tourists loaded into it.
So, there were real fights for the seats, but I was lucky, I was sitting on the bus. In the hotel we were placed on the top floor in the attic. The roar from the roof was eerie all night. There was not even a shoe brush in the room. It turned out that we paid the cheapest rooms. Paid moved. I was glad that at least without sharing.
But, the funniest thing was when I returned to Moscow. When I turned to Intourist, they answered me with a smile: “Of course, we know everything, but we pay the difference in money only through the court. Favorable wind in your ass"
It's very simple: The court case is long, many months. They don't risk anything except the money stolen from me. Not everyone will sue. Moreover, I have to document every penny of the claim. The concept of moral damage does not exist.
The deal is tricky. I can make a claim only to a certain Kaliningrad office. Okay, I have lawyers doing this. I would spit myself.
I'm not a squabbler, although only the difference in ticket prices is 27,000 and it's a shame to the point of horror, I didn't save money and asked for maximum comfort.
