I read reviews and think "why didn't I read them before?quot;. My situation is very similar to that of others.

We turned to them for an Italian visa, and they took us at an urgent rate, because. I needed a visa within a week. The first call was on Wednesday.

All the necessary documents were already collected by us, so the "workers" were only required to check them and book a hotel-flight.

On Friday we come for a questionnaire and reservations to the visa center. And they refuse us there, because the temporary registration must be at least a month old, and we had a very fresh one. As a result, due to the incompetence of the workers, we have already lost three days, and since Friday then we will be able to submit documents again only after the weekend. We urgently do the registration backdating, we agree with sh-t that they will correct and re-prepare the documents.

On Monday morning, the visa center again refuses, because the certificate from work is not correctly drawn up.

Again the question is: why didn't the "professionals" (as they advertise themselves on the site) check it out? I urgently have to redo everything, lose half a day on the road for help, break away from work.

It’s good that the VC agreed to accept the documents later on the same day. But here is the final surprise: in the questionnaire, the workers made a mistake with the date, so we requested a visa for 2016 (and it’s mid-2017 in the yard), so the questionnaire had to be urgently rewritten “on the knee”.

Well, the finale: a regular visa is done in 4 days, so we can easily get it. At the same time, they charged us as an urgent one (about 10 thousand rubles instead of 6 for a regular one). What we overpay for is not at all clear. And for what kind of "services" they paid, it is also not clear.

I called the management, expressed my dissatisfaction with the incompetence of the employees. I was assured that there is a human factor everywhere, they promised to improve and insisted that I give them a second chance.

We agreed that they would give us a visa again at cost. I stupidly agreed.

And then there was a need to apply for a visa again. I had to do everything myself. There are no difficulties to book a hotel and fill out a questionnaire, just because it will be at "cost" I decided to save my 15 minutes. And in vain, again lost a few hours. This time I decided to take the opportunity to submit documents to the VC later than usual, although it is more expensive, but I will not have to break away from work.

First I called them to clarify the details. The fact that the VTS has a "prime time" service was never heard of by an employee, they promised to clarify and call back. They didn't call back in a day, so I called them again. Again they promised to find out and call back. Again the day passed in silence.

After the third call, they figured out with additional services, for some reason they do not know how to select the "prime time" item on the website, there is no explanation for this.

We agreed that I still get a visa with their help, the finished documents are taken to me in the afternoon, and I will go by appointment at prime time. In the morning I call Yulia's contact person to clarify if everything is in order. Julia is absolutely not aware that I asked to sign me up for the evening, they wrote me down for 15 hours. At the same time, she is waiting for my "courier" for documents also by 15. WHY will I send someone for documents at the same time that I will arrive myself? The brain to turn on these workers was not taught, probably. At the same time, Yulia yelled at me that she was not warned about the late recording and "sent" to sort out the sh-t.

In the toga, after another series of calls to the office, then to the manager, I finally find out that no one was going to sign me up for prime time, and it’s better for me to take the money and do everything myself. But time is lost, even if I write it myself right now, it won’t be until Monday, so I had to leave work in the middle of the day and run to the EC to apply for a visa.

Well, at least this time there were no jambs in the documents.

and in the course of this whole performance, I find out that sh-t has some partners who fill out questionnaires and make reservations, so the cost of visa processing services increases by their commission. Then it became even more incomprehensible to me, but why does sh-t take payment for his services? The documents are not checked, the questionnaire and the reservation are made for them by others.

Bottom line: solid nerves and waste of time. I won’t work with them anymore and I’m not going to give them another chance to improve.
