Thanks to the "attentive" and "customer-oriented" work of managers Ekaterina, Yulia and the deputy director, I lost 5,000 rubles on the selection of a tour at the Pink Elephant agency in Voronezh (Leninsky Prospekt).

I picked up a tour to Egypt: one room for two and one room for three (two adults + child) for 14 nights, 40 thousand per person, in mid-October. I left a request on the internet. Within 10 minutes, the manager of the Pink Elephant travel agency, Voronezh, called me back. Phone calls are great. We discussed everything, and I immediately noted our financial capabilities and payment features (cash after October 10 + credit for the second number). On September 29, the manager sends a good offer to the post office, calls by phone, everything is wonderfully told. We arrange a meeting: at 10 o'clock on September 30. We approach the agency at 9.50. Closed. We wait. At 10.05 "Pink Elephant" opens the manager.

We're giving you 2 minutes to de-alarm the office and get undressed. It's really cold outside, so we go to the agency at 10.07. We immediately catch such a disgruntled look! Those. the girls, you see, have not yet had time to undress and drink coffee, and we have already arrived! We say that we agreed to meet. Work begins.

The tour has been selected! Everything suited us. We conclude two contracts: one for the DBL number and one for the DBL number + child, i.e. each pays for himself and does not depend on the other. We make an advance payment and agree that we will bring the rest of the money tomorrow. Although it was also a surprise! I informed in advance that I would have cash only on October 10 (I closed my bank account that day, which I opened for the sake of receiving%). I agreed to close my account earlier in order to redeem the tour, because. They refused to book it for us in advance.

Our colleague, who flew DBL + a child, did not get a loan. Because

we signed our contract, made an advance payment, then left for work without waiting for the final decision on her loan. At that time, the bank refused her, but she planned to come with her daughter in the evening to apply for a loan for her.

In the evening of the same day, I called our manager Ekaterina to say that I would bring the surcharge tomorrow morning. At the same time, I asked her if our reservation was confirmed? Ekaterina replied that they did not book a hotel for us, because. We decided that we would not go without our colleague. At the moment, the tour we agreed on has already left! I was shocked!!! The deputy director picked up the phone and explained that the contract we signed and the prepayment made did not mean our desire to purchase!!!! To be honest, I raised my voice in conversation, but I did not offend anyone!

I tried to find out why then we signed a contract for a specific hotel and a specific flight??? "The treaty means nothing," was the answer. The next morning, my girlfriend took the advance payment we made, and the director of the Pink Elephant, Irina, also scolded her that I raised my voice to the managers on the phone!

I have been flying on vacation since 2005, I have never seen such lawlessness!

We bought a tour to the same hotel in another agency. Because the price increased, then they paid 5,000 rubles more. Too bad for the money! They are so hard to earn now...

By the way, in this agency, another bank granted our colleague a loan! She also purchased the tour.
