I can’t say about any global shortcomings, but after paying for the tour, interest in you disappears completely. We were going to go to Mexico. The path is not close, every year you do not run into. They brought all the documents (copies), but they managed to drive an old passport into the tickets. Since they were flying from Moscow, this was discovered on the last day upon receipt of the documents. When they turned to the office in Moscow, the first answer was "they were issued in St. Petersburg, bring down the matter there." I have already begun to figure out how much it will become to me. Actually, I thought that they should worry about their company, maintain the image. The answer of the leading specialist in the direction "Tatyana will fly away, but Igor will not." Our answer is "she won't fly alone", "then you will get your money back".

After all the swearing, we were told that by the evening (the plane takes off early in the morning) the one who issues the tickets will arrive, he must fix everything. In the end, this is how it happened, but as they say, the sediment remained. About 2 years ago, they mixed up the passport numbers on the tickets, but because they flew together, it was easy to fix. So please check the documents beforehand. We asked that they be sent at least in electronic form, but we were told that the documents were handed over in 2 hours at the airport. The heart prompted that it is necessary to know everything in advance. By the way, the host country in Mexico from the Neva is good, there are no complaints.
