My husband and I and our 7 year old son have just returned from Portugal.

Excursion tour "Classical Portugal" (from 30.05.15 to 07.06.15) was bought from Lusitana Sol. I liked the country itself. However, I consider the rest from Lusitana Sol frankly spoiled. The guide Natalya spoke little about the country, long journeys between cities took place in silence. But the main fly in the ointment - caught on fraud with entrance tickets for children ( red-handed, by the hand, in the presence of all 45 passengers of the sightseeing bus) guide Kalnysheva Natalia Valerievna, who accompanied us for a whole week: on all excursions: she collected money for all children's tickets (tickets are not handed out). My family and I travel a lot around Europe, and such maneuvers led to suspicions about dishonesty of the "guide". I checked on the website of Portuguese museums: in most museums, admission for children under 12 is not paid.

Having separated from the tour, we, with another traveler with a child of 11 years old, went to the information desk of the museum and found out that the entrance for all children under 12 years old is free! They demanded a refund. The response was aggressive. In her presence, I turned to another employee of the museum, who confirmed that I was right. Natalya returned the money to me and another tourist with a child only for this one excursion. The guide did not offer to return the money to other tourists with children. I found out that Kalnysheva N.V. also managed to take extra money from tourists for tickets for adults. When asked by pensioners about preferential tickets (which are also provided in many museums), she said that they should go and stand in a separate queue (we encountered this for the first time). The next day after the incident, Natalya took us to another guide (by the way, Lyudmila led the tour perfectly.

It is a pity that only 1 day during which we learned more about the country than in 4 days with Natalia).

There was a feeling that Lusitana Sol simply takes some guides from the street. It's a shame that such "specialists" deceive their compatriots, especially children.
