For the first and last time I used the design of a tour to Greece through this company. I was very sorry !! it is for Russian tourists. I was settled on the 2nd floor right above the kitchen and the restaurant opposite the parking lot. Naturally, when booking the tour, no one warned me that this hotel had a room above the utility block, as they say, that of course none of the foreigners will be accommodated there, other compatriots were settled by stairs, one of the windows overlooked the stairs, along which the vacationers climbed to the 2nd floor, the other window directly into the toilet of the neighboring room. Muzinidis did not care about improving the accommodation, they the main task is to raise money for excursions, and accommodation, as they say, is your business, if you want, smell the smells, if you want not. The first time I encountered such rudeness and arrogance The rest was completely ruined, because I felt like a homeless person because I had to spend all the time somewhere, but to be in the room, only when absolutely necessary, and then, at night I had to wake up constantly from parked and passing cars. And the return transfer was beyond all "praise", at the same time we were collecting an excursion to Santorini, we had to constantly wait for someone who wanted to get on excursions, as a result, we were brought to the airport when the registration was in full swing and after we overcame all the queues and got on the plane, they immediately closed the door behind us, I won’t describe the airport of Heraklion, it reminds me of a tin can, in which there are a lot of people, and endless lines.

In general, the essence of my review, MAXIMUM find out information about the hotel, rooms, etc., do not believe the pictures and sweet stories, as a result, when you are settled near the toilet, no Muzinidis will defend you, no one will relocate you, even for money, even without , and the rest will be hopelessly spoiled.

AND DO NOT USE MUZINIDIS TRAVEL SERVICES. YOUR MONEY WILL BE SIMPLY THROWN TO THE WIND.
