On September 28, 2014, my husband and I bought a tour to the United Arab Emirates for 6 days from October 11 to October 18 at the Altair LLC agency, which is located at Samara, st. Stara Zagora, 27, office 302 A.

The tour was paid on the spot in the amount of 15,500 rubles. And a loan was issued in the amount of 17,000 in Alfa-Bank OJSC. Although the manager Natalya said that this was an interest-free installment plan, the total payment amounted to 18,179.45 rubles.

On October 11, 6 hours before departure, calls were received from the director of the agency, Vladimir Nikolaevich Solenkov, with the message that the documents were not ready, we could not fly. There was an offer to return the money or fly out on October 14th. We agreed to take off on Tuesday. On Monday, Natalia promised to call. As a result, we were again informed that the documents were not ready.

We asked for a refund in order to have time to purchase a tour in another agency.

There was only one option left - to fly to Cyprus. The director promised to put money on the card, but he never did. At the time of writing this letter, October 27, the money has not been returned.

We sent a claim letter with a notification, which was never returned. Be careful!!!!!
