On April 20, 2014, we sent an application for booking a tour:
"Spain 3* PRESIDENT CALELLA 3 Costa del Meresme
Departure on June 14 for 14 days for breakfast and dinner - 64.00 tr for two.

30.04.14 we paid for the tour in full and received a tourist voucher No. 000097 series _3_A_, a receipt for payment and contract No. 449. Stepanova I.N. she assured us that the tour was booked and 2-3 days before departure we would receive a package of documents for the trip.
A day before departure, Stepanova informed us that there were problems - someone had rebooked the tour and we could not make a paid trip on the conditions specified in the contract and tour package. She suggested that we choose a tour from the available ones.
Due to the fact that we are strictly tied to the vacation schedule at work, we were forced to agree. Stepanova said that at the moment there are only 10-day tours to Mallorca, which are much more expensive, but she is ready to pay extra for us to correct the situation. She also promised that at the expense of the travel agency she would book us a hotel in the center of Barcelona for two days, which we planned to visit, choosing the original place of travel.
We agreed to a tour in Arenal, Mallorca, where we were offered a good hotel and proximity to the sea and the capital of the island.
In the evening before departure, Stepanova again reported that it was impossible to book this tour and offered us another option, which at that time we no longer had the opportunity to check. At the same time, Stepanova assured us that this is a great place and a very good hotel, and the fact that the hotel voucher has two stars is a mistake.
She also told us that she paid 18 thousand rubles for our tour on top of the amount we paid for our damage.
Arriving in Mallorca, we were confronted with the fact that the tour operator LLC "Versa" from the travel agency LLC "Boomerang" did not receive funds for our tour. At the same time, neither we nor the tour operator could find Stepanova - the office was closed, the phones were not answered.
The tour operator Versa LLC demanded that we, through relatives in St. Petersburg, pay the full cost of the tour to the cash desk of Versa LLC - 65 thousand rubles (we paid Boomerang LLC 64 thousand rubles and Stepanova said that she paid another 18 thousand rubles for us rubles).
We said that our tour was paid for by a travel agent - Boomerang LLC, their liability is insured, and Versa can in any case receive money for the tour either from Boomerang LLC or from their insurance company.
To which we were told that they would not do this, and if we did not pay them 65 thousand rubles to the cashier, they would cancel the hotel reservation and the flight back to St. Petersburg. For three days we were forced to constantly be near the hotel administration in touch by phone and via the Internet (at the same time, we spent significant amounts on communication). On the third day, Versa LLC informed us (and sent a notification) that since we do not want to pay for the tour (again) to their cashier, they take us out of the hotel on the next flight. We refused and said that we would fly according to the tickets we had - on July 26th. To which we were told that they would cancel the tickets and we would not be able to fly.
We contacted the Turppomoshch Association, with the director who tried to help us - he negotiated with Versa LLC, the result of which was the decision that we must pay for the hotel by the date of departure - July 26th.
In the process, we repeatedly tried to contact Boomerang LLC - to no avail.
On July 18, 2014, on the third day of trying to resolve issues about our future stay on vacation, an SMS message came from Stepanova (Boomerang LLC) that she had paid the cost of our tour to the cash desk of Versa LLC. Boomerang LLC did not make a hotel reservation in Barcelona.
