charlatans with bad service

Good afternoon! I think that Sunrise Tour are charlatans with poor service. Now in order.

We booked a tour to Goa, India. A total of 9 people. The Sunrise tour was the first in Yandex and I called there.

The girl happily announced that we were in the last days of the "Early Booking" super promotion and we would have a 30% discount.

Of course, I was delighted and said that let's choose a hotel then. And then I made a key mistake by naming my fork after

prices. An hour later, I received a selection of hotels with prices a little more than the middle of my fork. We chose a hotel and made an application.

I didn’t compare prices, since we got into a super discount and the company seemed to be heard by ear. Then the fun began:

- I called the girl 3 times, explained that one family needed a 2-room number (and you call them in the office from the 5th time, then it’s busy, then they don’t pick up the phone)

for two days she could not answer me anything, as a result, she simply came to the office and sat over her soul for two hours, and only at that moment she began to find out about 2-room numbers

- in the second family, the father had to fly 2 days earlier on a super-duper tour with a discount, they said this could not be done - they reconciled

Booked tickets. Two weeks later, when theoretically the action ended, another friends wanted to go with us and what do you think, their tour to the same hotel

on the same days turned out to be 20% cheaper, just because they named a different fork for prices. Here is such a super promotion -30% + 50%.

Then one person couldn’t go with us, they warned us in advance, but we had a super tour, they didn’t return the money even for a visa, for which he didn’t apply.

When I booked, they "didn't know" the departure time, and so we get when they issue the documents !!! Evening, the last day before departure !!!

departure on the 2nd at 18:50 arrival there at 4 am on the 3rd, and check-in at the hotel on the voucher is on the 3rd, i.e. we with children, including infants, must from 4 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon

it turns out 9, and they sell it - attention !!! like a 10 day tour!!!

Now I understand why when I called a week before and found out if the documents were ready, they told me that everything was ready, but the office would be in 2 days, after 2 days they said that in a day and so on until the last day.

On the last day, they said that they would bring it in the morning, they brought it at 5 pm.

The charlatan company makes money and in doing so spits on the customer.
