We want to share our impressions about the work of Anex Tour and one guide in particular. We were on the island of Phuket this spring, and at the same time Anex Tour was our tour operator. During the excursions, we heard a lot of negative reviews about Anex Tour from other people from Russia and Ukraine. We do not know the details, but this concerned excursions in particular - some inconsistencies between the program and what actually happened. Replicas in the spirit of “they told me - don’t deal with Anex Tour, it’s a pity you didn’t obey” and “so that I rest with Anex Tour again!” reached our ears.

As for us, this is what happened:

One of our guides sold us a two-day excursion to the Phi Phi Islands for a very impressive price. He explained this by the fact that "you will have a luxurious dinner and an overnight stay in a chic hotel with a beautiful view from the window." Well, it would seem that for the sake of this it’s not a pity to fork out, we live once after all.

Basically, all the promises coincided with what happened in real life. Well, the boat broke down a couple of times - we had to wait until they fixed it. Some more incidents, and as a result, we were late for one of the promised events - watching the sunset on a viewing platform located at a certain height. It's not all that scary, of course. But the luxurious dinner turned out to be an ordinary buffet in a hotel restaurant. The hotel itself may have been luxurious, but we were put up in a private one-room house, of course, on the first and only floor. The view from the window made it possible to observe a path near a number of such houses and another one of the hotel buildings. But I didn’t really want to watch this (otherwise passers-by could also watch us). The room was generally upset by a faulty air conditioner, a slightly broken bed and plumbing. In short, the impressions were spoiled.

In general, fellow guide rather fluently scratched his tongue, advertising us an excursion and promising various pleasant things. Later it turned out that people from other hotels who were with us on the same tour paid almost 1000 baht less.

So, citizens of tourists, be vigilant. Remember this miracle guide. His name is Sardal Ismailov.

It is quite possible that now he is conducting his excursion activities in another place - not in Phuket and not even in Thailand. But nonetheless. Forewarned is forearmed.

With such matters, an eye and an eye are needed. It's not nice to be lied to.
