We flew to Hurghada in September 2014. For the selected tour, "Aloha" offered the most favorable price (when buying online - with a discount of 9% from the price of the tour operator, that is, for the entire amount of the agency fee). Nevertheless, we decided to buy at the office, so we came to Sennaya and paid the manager 1,000 rubles for signing the contract.
Manager Elena was in touch until the day of departure. There were problems only with sending documents by e-mail - letters did not reach the first time and with a delay. But all issues were resolved promptly.
Impressions are positive. I would like the agency not to suffer from the outbreak of the crisis in the tourism industry.
