tour Spain-France October 13-20, 2012, guide on the route Kudryavtseva Inna.
The fabulously beautiful tour was spoiled by the guide.
More precisely, the excursion service on her part was not provided to us.
Inna was sitting in the front seat of the bus with her back to us - from time to time she muttered something (from a book or phone), and then after our inquiries, what is it on the right that we are passing?
We were not told anything about France at all. As a group, we made a collective review of the trip. Out of 12 people, 7 signed up, two felt sorry for Inna, three were simply afraid of harassment and persecution (a legacy of the Soviet past).
The bottom line is that we didn’t get a tour service, we didn’t learn anything about France.
We repeatedly wrote to DSBW-there were no answers. We decided to just hush it all up.
I decided to call their head office.
There, a certain Dmitry Romanov frankly nasty me, saying that no one except me wrote that the letter of review of the tourists that I sent to him was written by one person, and in general that we can do what we want, that there were no complaints about Inna and etc.
In a little bewilderment, I am writing to the general director Goncharov Karen. I ask you to look into the situation and resolve the issue of compensation to tourists.
Instead of Karen, his deputy, Sirotkina, answers me. Here is her letter:
Thank you for contacting our company with constructive criticism regarding the shortcomings in the work of the guide on the route "Spain-France" from 10/13/2012.
We always listen to the opinion of our tourists, which allows us to constantly improve the quality of the services we offer. Therefore, I want to assure you that we have refused the services of the guide Inna, and in the future, following your recommendation, we will involve the guide Wanda to accompany our groups.
However, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that all excursions according to the program were provided, transport and a guide were involved. The cost of sightseeing tours includes general educational excursions with general information about the objects being examined. For people who are more deeply interested in the history of the region, we organize exclusive tours for regular customers, where the guide accompanying such groups has the special knowledge required to conduct such thematic trips.
As such, we cannot accept your claim for compensation as we have provided all the services promised when booking the tour.
The directorate also considered the issue of unacceptable behavior of Dmitry Romanov, manager of the reservation department. He was pointed out the impossibility of such communication with the clients of our firm.
He is warned that if such a signal is repeated, he will be fired from our company.

That's it. Fun. But not really. They didn’t answer for more than a month, they got nasty, accused of lying.
But there was no excursion service and the letter with signatures was also not taken into account.
And no one thought to pay compensation.
