Vacation is cumulative from start to finish. If with the beginning of the tour "Tuy" more or less managed mediocrely, then in the end they completely ruined my family's vacation. The fact is that Tui cooperates with the carrier in Nizhny Novgorod “Trans Service Tour”, the director of which is a certain Putsev V.A. This carrier treats tourists like cattle, he doesn’t give a damn about vacationers, he himself decides what time it is convenient for him to pick up people to and from airports. If he fails to fit his cars in time, he will correct at the expense of tourists. But if the tourists are outraged, then he first threatens them, turning to personalities, and then promises not to pick them up at all and not to take them to their final destination. That's what happened to us. I have all the evidence and recorded it, I wrote a claim to this rotten organization "Trans Service Tour", I want to sue them. In the meantime, I will warn other tourists.

For us, the vacation ended disgustingly, Puttsev insulted us, threatened not to take us from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod. We raised a wave, called the Tui (there they wished me with a mockery, not to worry, otherwise my pressure would rise). As a result, they took us away, but drove us to several airports in Moscow (on purpose, as Putsev promised us to spite us), and after 11 hours we arrived in Nizhny Novgorod. There was nothing to breathe in the car, the interior was smoky through and through. Of course no one apologized. Tui got their money and didn't give a damn. So everything goes, that tourists themselves will order their own vacation, and rightly so, why pay shameless people.
