Came to this "firm" on 19.12. Placed an order, a trip to India + medicine. Insurance + insurance against not leaving. It all started with a visa. They said that it would be ready in three or four slaves. Day . Waited 2 weeks. Then we received all the documents only on 4.01 3 days before departure. But after looking at the package of documents, there is not enough travel insurance (paid), they called the manager of the travel agency Anna - she began to prove that she had issued insurance for the risk of not obtaining a visa, then she says dosvizhanie and hangs up. We called back again, we got the same answer. We send them a copy, where it is written in black and white in the section on additional services information "medical insurance + travel restrictions" paid. But we were thrown in response that they issued a risk of not obtaining a visa.
