The dollar from the moment of booking ($-52.54 rubles) at the time of payment lost its positions and was a record low recently $-49.67 rubles! To which a flurry of rudeness and accusations began to pour on me !!! From approximate words: "It's not my fault that you were sleeping when I sent the letter, you had to call right away or in the morning (this is at 23:00 !!); because of 2000 they inflated here ...; What do you want from me?

I don’t know, and just do I have no time to find out with you here, I’ll only earn 200 rubles on you ... but hemorrhoids .... "... This is a small fraction. Moreover, the same situation was with a colleague who bought a tour at the same time as me.

Moreover, the main evil is Olga just the same. Despite the client sitting with her, she was openly rude. This is the first time I've encountered such customer service, worse than in a savings bank during difficult times, by God!

SUMMARY: if you want unpleasant sensations - you are there! And I'm definitely not going there anymore!
