The attitude is excellent until it becomes necessary not to return the money for the excursion, inside the host country, but simply to CHANGE for another (even with an additional charge), or change the day of the excursion (reschedule). They do not transfer to another day of the same excursion that exists in the schedule. They do not return money. They do not agree to change for another tour.

A tourist who, for one reason or another, is FORCED to refuse/desire to reschedule the tour, loses money. Nothing can be achieved.

Yes, they do not inform about this when buying an excursion. They rely on an advertising leaflet that does not have any legal force, which says that the money is returned only 24 hours BEFORE the tour. A check is not issued, you receive a piece of paper on a form filled out by hand)

The unworthy, petty behavior of the rather extensive and diverse corporation Mouzenidis, as it seemed to me, is very successful and declares unprecedented honesty and attitude towards the consumer of their product / comrade. At least that's how they position themselves. And you willingly believe this until the moment when you ask to postpone the date of the tour.

Guys, aristocrats don't do that)) You can think of something to get out of a delicate situation with dignity.
