I applied to the office on 09/12/2011 at Herzen 13, I needed to apply for a visa to China and pick up air tickets. Submitted all paperwork and paid for everything. The term for issuing a visa is 7 working days. days. As a result, today, 09/29/2011, my visa is still missing. On my constant calls, the terms for obtaining my visa are constantly shifting. I have been traveling for more than a year, before I made a visa (to other countries), not a single agency treated customers so carelessly, here, apparently, they are not interested in customers and do not earn a good reputation for themselves. I do not recommend using this company.
