I bought the tour in advance, later the cost increased, no one wanted to return the money. A week before the departure, the flights were postponed, again no one was interested that the management could not agree on a vacation a day earlier + they also stole one day of vacation for which they returned a ridiculous $ 50, with a tour cost of 200+. No one wanted to talk to me, they just said that the tour operator was to blame, contact them. Upon arrival at the hotel, they gave me the worst room, the travel agent again relieved himself of all duties. About the hotel itself and food, I generally keep quiet.
