"Natalie Tours" turned out to be the only Russian tour operator who, upon arrival at Hurghada airport, did not offer a choice to its tourists to apply for a visa on their own or with the help of Egyptian assistants for additional money for the form, and this was done in an aggressive form: 3 people at once with a sign "Natalie Tours ” without any explanation, they “wrapped” the people who got off the bus straight to their racks, where a queue from the entire plane instantly accumulated, respectively, there was a crush, screams and other unpleasant moments, which does not at all have a good rest. Our family was forced to take blank forms for self-filling from the neighboring tour operator Tez-Tour, because. representatives of "Natalie Tours" categorically refused to give us blank forms.

On the bus delivering us to the hotel, we encountered a situation that was incomprehensible to us at first, when we twice drove past the entrance to our Golden 5 Almas Resort 5 * hotel from the Golden 5 City hotel complex, while taking other tourists to their hotels located further than ours, we all noticed this very well from the windows of the bus and were extremely surprised, as a result, instead of the prescribed 10-15 minutes, we drove from the airport to the hotel in the evening with the children, tired after a long flight of exactly 50 minutes! But the solution to this "cunning maneuver" of your representatives turned out to be surprisingly simple - there were most people in our hotel, or more precisely, 20, but at the same time there were no places for us in this hotel, and, realizing that they would face our obvious dissatisfaction and possible problems during the settlement, the representatives of "Natalie Tours" "got rid" of unnecessary witnesses to this disgrace.

This was followed by an obvious deception on the part of the welcoming guide Natalie Tours, who announced to us that right now our hotel is undergoing a complete renovation, so they are kindly ready to provide us with rooms in the neighboring Golden 5 Emerald hotel. We immediately told the guide that this was a form of deception, because. our friends have just returned from Almaz and they don’t smell of any repairs, we also explained to the guide that if we didn’t care which hotel to stay in, we would buy a tour much cheaper on Fortune 5, but we paid more for Almaz, based on numerous reviews from various sites, where Almaz's rating exceeds the rating of other hotels in this Golden 5 City complex, because.

"Almaz" is the closest and most conveniently located to the beach, with the most well-groomed territory, the best restaurant (without frequent poisonings, as in the neighboring one), all entertainment programs go on the territory of "Almaz", there are also rooms with normal furniture, and not so loose , as in "Emeralda" and so on. we all (20 people) unanimously refused to go out at Emeralda and demanded to be taken to the hotel indicated in our vouchers - to Almaz. The guide alone got off the bus at Emeralda, started calling someone, then disappeared from our field of vision altogether, as a result, for another 20 minutes, we, tired after the flight, sat on the bus waiting for the “disappeared” guide.

As a result, all of us (I emphasize - 20 people!) Still had to be driven to the Almaz reception desk and, having dropped off, the guide quickly returned to the bus and he and the driver left without saying a word to us, leaving us with suitcases on the street with small children late at night around 23:00.

Good welcome from "Natalie Tours"!!!

At the Almaz reception desk, they categorically refused to give us bracelets, saying that there were no empty seats and offered to accompany us at night on foot to Emeralda, which is 1.5 km along the beach (the exact distance is indicated on the complex website)! In the bottom line: our guide is not there, he left without resolving the issue with our accommodation, there are no free rooms, they don’t give out bracelets, it’s night, we ended up on the street with our things and children, thanks to the care and attention of Natalie Tours! Those. Representatives of "Natalie Tours" and the hotel decided to starve us exhausted and tired from a long journey, given that our rooms were paid in good faith already from 14-00, i.e. more than 9 hours, and we do not even have the opportunity to change clothes and clean up after a long journey!

Some of our tourists, unable to endure this nightmare with check-in, went to the Emerald on foot, and the rest, after calling the hotel management, nevertheless found rooms at the nearest Diamond Hotel at 2 a.m. with a promise the next day to move us to the vacated place of Almaz, but it was entirely our merit in defending our legal rights, we independently solved this problem, there was no help from Natalie Tours!

As compensation, the hotel staff (Salez, Sherif) apologized to us and provided us with rooms of a higher category the next day, we accepted this compliment from the hotel and have no complaints against Almaz, but the work of the representatives of Natalie Tours was extremely dissatisfied !
