I turned to this company (office in the shopping center "Aquarium") not for the first time. Before that, there were no problems with consultations and registration of tours. At first they greeted me with such a look, as if I had gone to the wrong address. having asked what I wanted, they invited me to sit down, but all with the same displeased look. when I explained what I need (the tour is not easy. not the one on which they climbed into the operator’s website on the sign, the price was announced and that’s all. I had to work. because people wanted to fly from different cities, but settle in one hotel and on one day ). To which I was told that this is very problematic, and they will not deal with it. I turned to another company in which they helped me and pretty quickly.

Next time I’ll think about whether it’s worth contacting there again (at least from this office) I apologize in advance to the employees of other offices of this company
