Outraged by the work of the host in Egypt - ODEON TOUR: one of the main points of the contract was not fulfilled - transfer to the airport. The bus just didn't arrive on time. There were five (5) of us, we waited more often with the risk of missing the plane. At the same time, they repeatedly called the guide, the company itself - no one got in touch with us. I had to hurry to hail a taxi. We still made it to our flight, but nerves, time and extra money were spent. Witnesses: porter, hotel security (Hotel El Faraana Club). When, upon arrival in Moscow, they applied to SANMAR-TOUR with a claim and a request for at least symbolic compensation (applied twice, in writing, as well as by phone), both times it was denied. Motivation: according to the host (Odeon-tour), the bus, it turns out, arrived, even on time, but we, the tourists, were not at the appointed time. We even waited 15 minutes and left.
Obviously a blatant lie, but SANMAR-TOUR is covering for its partners, does not want to understand the situation, does not respect its clients.
Personally, I will never contact SANMAR-TOUR and their partner ODEON-TOUR again, I will try to advise as many potential tourists as possible not to do this. You can’t work like that. Other companies maintain their reputation and respect every tourist.
