I booked a trip to Lapeenranta on 04/13/2014 in advance (paid service). 12.04. they called me and told me the bus number and the guide's phone number. An old bus with the numbers of the Leningrad region (47 region) drove up to the black river on time. And then sheer horror! To begin with, outwardly the guide Lyudmila is dressed as a trip to the country. There were two guides on the bus and two excursions - one to Lappeenranta, the other to Imatra. And although the seats were booked in advance, the guide could not immediately figure out who was sitting where. The seats on the bus have apparently been moved closer for more seating. The knees rested against the back in front and it is not possible to recline the chair, as it clamps the legs behind the seated person. Realizing that I would have to go to the border and go through customs in very cramped conditions, I left in advance. Advice: DO NOT USE Margarita Tour if you want to enjoy your trip and not feel uncomfortable.
